PEDIATRICIANS AND PHARMACIES

WEBINAR

During 2016 and 2017 we conducted 5 training webinars for PHARMACIES and PEDIATRICIANS to learn about a new product as a natural solution for stress in children.

VENKIDS LACTOZEN is a food supplement based on Lactium® (milk protein hydrolysate) and vitamin B6 that contributes to normal psychological function. The product is indicated for the improvement of symptoms associated with childhood stress and anxiety.

The following is a brief description of the actions we carry out for the execution of on-line training and how we convert contacts with pharmacies and pediatricians into visits for the laboratory’s commercial network.

GEODATA

Process through which we selected the target audience that was invited to the VENKIDS LACTO-ZEN TRAINING WEBINAR.

For the invitation to physicians, private pediatric specialty practices were selected, and for pharmacies, those categorized as clients were eliminated.

Registrations were prioritized in the geographic areas and zip codes where VENPHARMA wished to focus its commercial action.

TELE-@MAILING

We created a motivating ARGUMENTARY for PHARMACISTS and PEDIATRICIANS to attend the On-line training.

We call PHARMACY PHARMACISTS or PHARMACY PURCHASES and PEDIATRICS and introduce ourselves on behalf of VENPHARMA motivating the attendance to the WEBINAR and requesting the email to send information to generate attendance to the webinars.

We record the call with the LEGAL PHRASE informing that the data obtained (email) will be part of VENPHARMA’s database for advertising purposes.

Pharmacists and pediatricians who showed interest in the training and agreed to receive information via email were sent communications through the infovenpharma@formulasdemarketing.com account to register for the webinar.

The response to the emailing was 35% open rate with 21% clicking on the link to the webinar.

REGISTRATION WEB PAGE

In order to access the webinar, pharmacists and pediatricians had to register on a web page.

We created an online training webinar in which the 5 online trainings will be developed over the course of 1 year.

The training provided by Venpharma via webinar was conducted on a specific day and time.

TRAINING VIDEO RECORDING

The Scientific Director was recorded simulating live training. We made the training video in our offices with a specialist in interior recording in a meeting room with a projector to visualize the power point presentation provided by the client. We define with the customer the scale according to Venpharma’s training.

With the HD recording we produced a Video that could be broadcasted in online format for the live training simulation.

THE DURATION OF THE TRAINING VIDEO WAS 16:51 MINUTES.

TRAINING VIDEO BROADCAST

The broadcasts of the training videos were made in a fake live broadcast. The webinar supported up to 75 connections for simultaneous viewing.

To check the correct visualization of the video, remote tests were carried out with computers with a minimum connection of 30 megabytes.

LIVE CHAT

After the broadcast of the training video and within the same portal, we opened a debate with the different pharmacists and pediatricians in which they could answer the questions asked at that moment to the scientific director.

SATISFACTION SURVEY

From the platform, we sent a brief satisfaction survey to find out the interest in the presentation.

TELE – VISIT

We created a motivational ARGUMENTARY and called the PHARMACISTS AND PEDIATRICIANS who attended the training to GENERATE VISITS for VENPHARMA delegates.

We provide the laboratory with a database of pharmacists and pediatricians trained in VENKIDS LACTOZEN product for the commercial visit.

An average of 79 visits was achieved
in each of the 5 webinars.
