During the pandemic Pranarom had to find new ways to reach pediatricians without in-person visits. To promote Pranabb, we sent product samples directly to doctors and collected their valuable feedback through a SURVEY to support future recommendations.

Data processing

To refine the target list, we carried out a data filtering process on our FDM database focused on pediatricians.

Pediatricians get samples of product.

Telemarketing

We called pediatricians to check whether they had received the PRANABB chest balm samples.

We get in touch in order to thank them and get their feedback.

Survey

A survey was created to assess the level of interest in Pranarom's Healthcare Action Protocol.

Ending

The Healthcare Action Protocol has been very well received and appreciated.
