During the pandemic Pranarom had to find new ways to reach pediatricians without in-person visits. To promote Pranabb, we sent product samples directly to doctors and collected their valuable feedback through a SURVEY to support future recommendations.
To refine the target list, we carried out a data filtering process on our FDM database focused on pediatricians.

We contact healthcare professionals, doctors and pharmacists to send them communications about healthcare products and services related to their profession. Our solutions strengthen laboratory-physician-patient-pharmacy relationships, improve adherence to treatments and help to better understand healthcare products and services.

Identification: We identified all pediatricians in our database who had already been visited by Pranarom's commercial network.
Exclusion: These pediatricians were removed to avoid overlap with the client's existing activities.
Private Practice Selection: From the remaining records, we selected only those who had consultations in private healthcare centers.
As a result, the final list included only pediatricians not reached by Pranarom's sales team, with a specific focus on professionals in the private sector.
We called pediatricians to check whether they had received the PRANABB chest balm samples from PRANAROM, which were sent by regular mail. During the conversation, we conducted the survey over the phone.
To comply with EU data protection regulations, all telephone calls were recorded. At the beginning of each call, a legal statement informed participants about the recording. A different legal notice was provided at the end, specifically regarding the collection and processing of personal data.
